Refund Policy for Artiphex Technologies Ltd.

At Artiphex Technologies Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. We have a clear refund policy to ensure you understand our process. Please read it carefully.
1. Digital Downloadable Products (Themes, Logos, UI Kits)
Due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the product details and previews carefully before making a purchase. If you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact us at hello@artiphex.com, and we will work to resolve it.
2. One-Time Services (Website/App Development)
Our services involve a significant investment of our team’s time and expertise. Our refund policy for these services is as follows:
- Before Project Commencement: If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative and payment processing fee.
- After Project Commencement: Once work on a project has started, payments for milestones completed and hours logged are non-refundable. We are compensated for our time, effort, and expertise.
- Project Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel your project mid-way, you will not be eligible for a refund for any payments made to date. You will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation that has not yet been paid for.
3. Subscription Services (Monthly Support & Maintenance Plan)
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable for the billing period in which they are paid. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term, and you will not be charged again. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial months.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or a credit for future services in exceptional circumstances. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
